Product Introduction

Aixton twisted-pair cables are ideally suited for telephone wiring applications. The conductor is made of solid, high-conductivity, electrolytic-grade bare copper. It is insulated with special-grade, high-density polyethylene in various colors. The insulated cores are twisted together in a uniform arrangement to form pairs and bundled to minimize crosstalk. In 50- and 100-pair cables, the 10- and 20-pair units, respectively, are identified with color-coded binders and twisted together to form the cable run. The cable run is further sheathed with a specially formulated, in-house manufactured, high-oxygen- and high-temperature flame-retardant (FR) gray PVC. These cables are suitable for internal telephone wiring in high-rise buildings, offices, factories, hotels, residential complexes, and more.
