Our research and development department has a total of 6 employees, 3 of whom have participated in major customized tender projects, such as Beijing Capital Airport and Shenzhen International Airport. Furthermore, our company has established research and development partnerships with two universities and research institutes in China and will maintain an annual investment of 15-20% of profits in product development. (3) What is your research and development philosophy?

Our products are based on the core research and development concept of fast transmission speed, strong anti-interference capability, and stable signal transmission.

We will update our products every 3 months on average to cover more than 85% of market needs.

The technical specifications of our products include attenuation, dispersion, and macrobending loss. These specifications will be tested by CMA, SGS, or a third party designated by the customer.

(1) What is your recruitment system?

Our procurement system uses the 5Rs principle to ensure the "right supplier" in the "right quantity" at the "right price" at the "right time." The "right quality" from the "right supplier" at the "right price" at the "right time" is crucial to maintaining normal production and sales activities. Simultaneously, we strive to reduce production and marketing costs to achieve our procurement and supply objectives: strengthening supplier relationships, securing and maintaining supply, reducing procurement costs, and guaranteeing supply quality.

4. Production

(1) What is your production process?

1. The production department adjusts the production plan at the first opportunity after receiving the assigned production order.

2. Material handlers collect materials from the warehouse.

3. Prepare the appropriate work tools.

4. Once all the materials are ready, the production plant staff begins production.

5. Quality control personnel carry out the quality inspection once the final product has been manufactured and begin packing once the inspection has been passed.

6. The packaged product enters the finished goods warehouse.

(2) What is the normal delivery time for the products?

For samples, the lead time is 5 to 7 business days. For mass production, the lead time is 10-15 days after receiving the deposit. Delivery times will be effective once (i) we have received your deposit and (ii) we have your final approval of your product. If our lead times do not meet your deadline, please check your requirements with your sales representative. In all cases, we will do our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we are able to do so.

(3) Do you have a minimum order quantity for your products? If so, what is the minimum quantity?

Minimum order quantities for OEM/ODM and stock are shown in the basic information for each product.

(4) What is your total production capacity?

Our total annual production capacity includes 150,000 km of indoor and outdoor fiber optic cables and 70,000 km of FTTH cables.

(5) What size is your company? What is the value of annual production?

Our factory has an area of 12,000 square meters and an annual production of 85 million RMB (13.3 million dollars).

5. Quality control

(1) What testing equipment do you have?

The laboratory is equipped with an OTDR, optical return loss tester, temperature and humidity control chamber, energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, and fiber optic end tester. We have also established partnerships with three testing institutes in Shanghai to provide rapid access to additional testing indicators.

(2) What is your quality control process?

Our company has a strict 5S quality control process.

(3) What is the traceability of your products?

Each batch of product can be traced back to the supplier, ingredient personnel, and production personnel through the production date and batch number, ensuring traceability of any production process.

(4) Can I provide the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documents, including certificates of analysis/conformity; insurance; origin and other export documents as needed.

(5) What is the product warranty?

We guarantee our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. Our company's goal is to resolve and solve all customer problems to everyone's satisfaction.

6. Shipping

(1) Do they guarantee safe delivery of their products?

Yes, we always use high-quality packaging for shipping. We use SSA-compliant cardboard boxes and wooden trays. Special packaging and non-standard packaging requirements may incur additional costs.

(2) How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the method you choose to receive your goods. Courier service is usually the fastest, but also the most expensive. Sea freight is the best solution for larger shipments. The exact shipping cost can only be provided once we know the details of the quantity, weight, and shipping method.

7. Products

(1) What is your pricing mechanism?

Our prices are subject to change based on availability and other market factors. Once your company has submitted an inquiry, we will send you an updated price list.

(2) What is the shelf life of your products?

Products typically have a lifespan of between 2 and 5 years; the exact lifespan of a product depends on the type of product you choose.

(1) What are the acceptable payment methods for your company?

30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance before delivery.
