Fiber optic cable, GYTC8S. The cable structure (self-supporting, braided, padded, outdoor communication cable with reinforced metal wire and steel-PE cementation jacket) consists of a loose, waterproof composite tube with internal filling, made of high-modulus plastic, containing single-mode and multi-mode optical fiber. There is an FFRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) core. The compact, round cable core is a combination of the loose sleeve tube (packing gasket) and the reinforced core in the center; the space within the cable core is filled with a water-retardant compound. The PE jacket is applied after the metal-reinforced hanger is installed parallel to the cable core, which is longitudinally covered with plastic-coated steel tape.
It precisely controls the additional length of the optical fiber to ensure good performance of the environmental characteristics and stretch test of the optical cable.
The double-sided plastic-coated steel tape provides excellent resistance to moisture and lateral compression.
The Zn-plated steel braided cable ensures the anti-stretch strength required for the installation of the self-supporting cable.
The cable is used for self-supporting overhead cabling with a span of less than 100 meters. It provides a more efficient construction and saves on hanging ropes and cable hangers.
