    Outdoor ADSS cables are housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus plastics. Filled with a water-blocking filler compound, the tube is braided around a non-metallic FRP core member within a compact, circular cable core. ADSS cables are ideal for overhead power plant applications; their lightweight construction and all-dielectric design allow for cost-effective and safe installation on overhead high-voltage power lines.
