The G.652D self-supporting aerial ASU fiber optic cable features a loose tube construction and a water-resistant gel compound to provide crucial fiber protection. A water-blocking material is applied over the tube to maintain the cable's waterproof seal. Two parallel fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) elements are positioned on either side. The cable is covered with a single outer PE jacket. It is particularly well-suited for antenna installations for long-distance communication.

The ASU fiber optic cable features a proven, fully dielectric loose tube construction. This fiber optic cable utilizes round cable profiles that minimize wind and ice loads.
