Cat5E cable is a type of multi-conductor cable containing twisted pairs used to carry signals. It is most commonly used for data transmission and is also used in computer networks such as Ethernet. This cable offers performance of up to 10/100 Mbps at 100 MHz, making it suitable for 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX.

Application:

For horizontal cabling, this cable is installed in conduits and pipes within telecommunications equipment and data systems at 350 MHz. Installation is very easy thanks to a central element (cross-bracket), eliminating the need for individual shielding. It is compatible with: 10Base-T, 100Base-T, CDDI/TPDDI, ISDN, ATM 155 Mbit/s, TP-PMD 125 Mbit/s, and Token Ring 4/16 Mbit/s.
