    The Keystone connector is a standardized snap-on package for mounting a variety of low-voltage electrical sockets or optical connectors onto a wall plate, faceplate, surface-mount box, or Keystone patch panel. Keystone connectors have a rectangular face measuring 14.5 mm wide by 16.0 mm long.

    They are 1.5 meters tall and held in place by flexible tabs. This allows them to fit into a mounting plate with correspondingly sized rectangular holes, called ports.
