DETAIL
The term FTP stands for foil twisted pair. FTP network cables often support Ethernet LANs. The cables are designed and manufactured with one or more twisted pairs of cores with an aluminum foil shield wrapped around the assembly. Twisting the cores and covering them with the foil shield helps reduce electromagnetic interference and interference.
