RVVP cables are used for general purposes, such as building cables for power, lighting, and control cables for electrical appliances, suitable for use in conduits and for fixed and protected installations.

Features

1) Conductor: Copper; Solid, stranded and flexible; 1 ~ 15 cores

2) Insulation: polyvinyl chloride (PVC), flame retardant or halogen-free polyolefin, rubber, XLPE, etc.

3) Cover: Without coating or PVC, PE, etc.

4) Characteristics: Solid, Flexible, Round, Flat, Fireproof, Fire Resistant, Heat Resistant, Low smoke and fume level, Low smoke content and zero halogens, High temperature resistant, etc.

5) Nominal voltage: 450/750 V or 300/500 V

6) Working temperature: 70°C / 90°C / 105°C / 120°C / 150°C / 200°C / 250°C

7) Colors: red, blue, brown, white, black, yellow, two colors, etc.

Applications

RVVP, also known as shielded flexible cable, can be divided into RVV and P types based on common usage. RVV refers to PVC-coated flexible cable with a copper core, and the "P" stands for shielding. Essentially, adding a shielding layer to the RVV flexible cable significantly improves its anti-interference performance, primarily for resisting external signal interference. It is suitable for communication, audio, and microphone cables with a rated voltage of 300 amps to 500V and below. It effectively resists external signal interference.
