The dome-shaped fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial and wall-mounted applications for direct and branch splicing of fiber optic cable. The closure has five entry ports at the end (four round ports and one oval port). The product housing is made of ABS plastic. The housing and base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber seal with the provided clamp. The entry ports are sealed with heat-shrink tubing. The closures can be reopened after sealing and reused without changing the sealing material.
