Detail
GYFTY FRP is located in the center of the cores as a non-metallic strength member. The cable tubes, filled with filler compound, are twisted around the reinforcing element. It is then encased in a PE jacket. GYFTY cables are available in 2-core to 288-core configurations. They are used in high-voltage applications for long-distance communications.
