CAT 6A U/UTP cables are manufactured and tested to comply with TIA/EIA 568-C.2, IEC/ISO 61156-5, and ISO/IEC 11801 Category 6A specifications. Each cable consists of 8 color-coded conductors.
23AWG polyethylene-insulated conductors. These are twisted together to form four pairs of varying lengths. These pairs are then wound around a central 'X'-shaped polyethylene filler. This filler helps to maintain and improve the cables.
