Product Introduction
The GYTA/S armored fiber optic cable assembly consists of single-mode or multi-mode fiber inserted into a loose tube through the top of the plastic mold. Filler gel, the blocking material, is placed inside the tube. A single metal reinforcement member is located in the middle of the cable, and a polyethylene coating is added to some fiber cores (if required). The loose tube and filler compound are then tightly bound to the central metal reinforcement member to form a cylindrical cable.
