  • Product Introduction

    The 48-core direct-buried armored GYTS optical cable is a communication cable with near-light transmission speeds. The GYTS optical cable structure consists of a sheath of 9/125 μm single-mode fiber or 50/125 μm or 62.5/125 μm multimode fiber (silica) within a loose tube made of high-quality water-blocking material. This loose tube is filled with water-blocking composite material. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing core. For multi-core optical cables, the reinforcing core requires an additional PE jacket layer. The loose tube and filler wire are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact, circular cable core. The voids within the cable core are filled with water-blocking fillers. Double-sided corrugated steel tape (PSP) is wrapped longitudinally and then extruded into a cable with a polyethylene jacket.

    5. Loose tubes and all interstices of the cable core filled with a moisture-proof and water-blocking compound ensure that no water enters longitudinally.
    6. The longitudinal bonding of the steel strip to the PE cover ensures not only radial moisture resistance, but also reinforces crush resistance.
    7. The outer polyethylene or LSZH cover can resist deterioration from ultraviolet (UV) rays.
