10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Simplex SC Connector Fiber Optic Media Converters

Media converters can be used anywhere in the network to integrate newer technology with existing equipment to support new applications, technologies, and future growth. Instead of costly overhauls, media converters can extend the productive life of existing cabling and active equipment.

The 10/100/1000M dual-fiber media converter can convert optical-to-electrical Ethernet signals between a 10/100/1000M UTP (TX) interface and a 1000M fiber optic (FX) interface. Traditional 10/100/1000M Gigabit Ethernet can be extended to a distance of 60 km via a fiber optic link.
