Aixton fiber optic splice closures are used throughout the network, including the fiber trunk, feeder, distribution, and last-mile segments. Our closures are typically used to connect optical cables in the long-distance transmission network; they also route and branch optical fibers. Fiber to the Home (FTTH) is a type of point-to-multipoint (P2MP) network with many branch points, so closures are widely used for cable distribution, fiber optic splitting, and flat-drop cable outlets.

Features
