The loose fiber optic tube is wound onto the central reinforcement (usually FRP) at a certain pitch, and then the inner cover is extruded (which can be omitted in a small tension and small span), and then wrapped according to the required tensile strength. Appropriate yarn is used, then the PE or AT sheath is extruded.
1. Designed for the power system, the fully insulated, self-supporting aerial optical cable can be hung directly on the power pole tower;
2. Fully insulated structure and high voltage withstand rating, which is convenient for the installation of overhead power lines for live operation;
3. FRP with high tensile strength can withstand strong tension and achieve a large wingspan, while preventing bird pecking and artificial shooting;
4. The coefficient of thermal expansion of ADSS optical cable is small. When the temperature changes significantly, the arc of the optical cable line changes very little; it is lightweight, and ice creep and wind load are also minimal.
